| 5-planing the production of breeder seed in consulation with icar |
| 6- providing technical assistance to seed corporation and private agents |
| 7- co-originating certificate seed production |
| 8-conducting biennial surveys of seed demand |
| 9-providing training facility for all staff |
| 10- providing certificate to sell seed govt. and other agency |
